from the fruit.
Any little gimmick that attracts
attention is probably worth it for a market vendor having to compete with
hundreds of other vendors. In this case she is wearing a ripe mango on her head
but it didn’t seem to be working as nobody bought any of her fruit while I was
there. Perhaps it was backfiring by being too obviously plastic and inedible.
