Popping a plastic bag on your head may be a practical (if
not very fashionable) answer to rainy season showers but I hope she hasn’t
inadvertently given the local kids ideas.
Things like this illustrate to me how many little safety
points were drummed into my head when I was young to the extent that I am now shocked
to see an adult actually putting a plastic bag over her head.
