I am a Brit who came to work in Thailand in 1996 for two years but have been here ever since. I live just outside the small city of Petchaburi at the top of Thailand's long peninsular. Previously I lived in the northern city of Chiang Mai for 3 years and spent far too long living on the outskirts of Bangkok!
Photography has been an interest since my late teens when I took a really lucky photo of some lightning.
My professional life was in nature conservation and wildlife research with wildlife having been my main interest since I first discovered a nest of eggs in a rhododendron bush at the age of five.
I am now retired and spend my time photographing, creating art, gardening, cycling and exploring the wildlife of the wonderful world around me.
