A lovely pair of melons but with a reputation of pesticide
residues that probably helped preserve them to such a ripe old stage.
This is another photograph that is actually a bit
misleading. The way she is holding them out with a pleading look in her eyes almost
makes her look desperate to sell. In reality, she was just starting to lay them
out for display and only happened to glance up as I walked passed.
