Crouched down on the ground at the
bottom of these steps this old woman has the demeanor of a beggar but is
actually trying to sell something (I didn’t notice what). Unfortunately, nobody
is interested in buying so she has adopted even more of a begging posture but still doesn’t
seem to be getting any sympathy sales.
Not sure why she has removed her
shoes, though (they are tucked underneath her).
