“Monks Leaving Market” Photograph

Unusual to see monks doing their own shopping like these two were. It’s not strictly within the monastic rules which prohibits them from handling money but Thailand is generally fairly relaxed about rule-keeping and perhaps they were on an urgent errand for their abbot.
